These terms of service ("Terms") apply to the ELA app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Standard Wesant (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding your use of the Application.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
The Application provides field service management solutions, including but not limited to work order management, technician scheduling, customer communication, and location-based services. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Application at any time.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Application ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the Service Provider a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Application.

You may disable location services through your device settings, though this may limit certain Application functionality.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service Provider from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your use of the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately, and you must delete all copies of the Application from your devices.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Application shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization].
